Is it possible to skydive in Berlin, Germany?
Short answer: Generally, yes.
Long answer: Unfortunately there is no permanent drop zone.
Although Berlin is a big city with no active inner city airports left, landing in places like the old Tempelhof Airfield is possible.
Though there is a rigouros application process with the land owner, so skydiving in Berlin is very rare.
